How do the clothes fit?

All of our clothing runs true to size. 

What if I order the wrong size, can I return it?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to order your correct size. If you don't see your size on our website or have any questions do not hesitate to reach out to us. We will work with you on deciding the perfect size. 

I understand you don’t offer a refund, but can I exchange the item for the correct size?

Yes, you can exchange the item purchased for the correct size of the same item. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange for the correct size. You are responsible for return shipping. Please note if we receive a damaged item, unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange or issue a refund and we will contact you directly. 

What If I receive a damaged item?

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the product and send us pictures of the damaged item to contact@wickedbeautyfashion.com. As stated above, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange the item.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

The customer is responsible for return shipping. If the item received is damaged we will refund you for the shipping on the original purchase. 

How long until I receive my apparel order?

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your apparel order. 

Why is it so expensive to ship?

Depending on where you are located determines the price of shipping. Also, please keep in mind we are taking care of the sales tax on all items.
